Base64, URL encode and decode, and SHA-256. All of it runs in the browser.
Base64 uses UTF-8 bytes, not the older Latin-1 reading of btoa, so Arabic round-trips. URL encode and decode use the browser’s encodeURIComponent and decodeURIComponent. SHA-256 uses Web Crypto on those same UTF-8 bytes. The hash is one way. Nothing is uploaded, and the page does not store what you type.
This stays in your browser. JiffHub does not receive the numbers you type.
This is an estimate, not legal, financial, or religious advice.
The text is not valid Base64, or the bytes are not UTF-8. Encoding the same text on this page and decoding it comes back to the original.
No. It is a hash. You cannot turn the hex back into the text. Do not paste a password you still use if the screen can be seen.
