Everyday
An estimate of the UAE overstay fine at the ICP rate of AED 50 a day, after a grace period you choose.
The ICP service page for paying a visa or residence fine lists AED 50 for each day after the permitted stay ends, or after a visa or residence permit expires or is cancelled. This page multiplies that rate by the days past the date you type, minus a grace period you choose. The visit preset uses no grace. Residence, investor, and Golden, Green, or student presets use 30, 60, and 180 days because 2026 guides describe those windows. Those grace figures are not printed on the ICP fee line read for this page, and a case can differ. Last checked 22 October 2026. Confirm the amount with ICP or GDRFA before you pay. An exit permit, if one is required, is not included.
This stays in your browser. JiffHub does not receive the numbers you type.
This is an estimate, not legal, financial, or religious advice.
The day after the date you type, before grace is subtracted. If that date is already your last legal day, choose the preset that adds no further grace.
It is the daily fine on the ICP fee line. A long overstay can also need an exit permit or another service fee. Those amounts are not added here because a single official figure was not on that fee line.
