Date difference
The day count is the number of midnights between the two civil dates. The inclusive count adds one, so the same date counts as one day. Years, months, and days follow calendar months, not a 30-day average. The earlier date is the start, whichever box you use.

Questions
Why are there two day counts?
From 1 January to 11 January is 10 days apart, and 11 days if both ends are included. Pick the one that matches the question.
Does this use Hijri dates?
No. Both boxes are Gregorian. The Hijri converter and the age tool cover the Islamic calendar.
